On Friday 2nd December 2022, CIWiL hosted a virtual forum entitled, Conversations on COP 27- A Gender Perspective.

The panelists included Una May Gordon, Senior Environment and Climate Change Expert, and Treasurer of CIWiL’s Regional Board of Directors; Ayesha Constable, Global Advisor to FRIDA – the Young Feminist Fund, Founder of the Young People for Action on Climate Change Jamaica (YPACCJa) and Founder of GirlsCARE; and Sapphire Alexander – Founder of Caribbean Feminist, youth advocate, and Adviser
at FRIDA fund.
